About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with Novax Recruitment Ltd, supporting individuals experiencing homelessness in the Finchley area. As a Complex Needs Project Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing person-centred support and collaborating with external agencies to address complex needs.

Responsibilities:
• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting regular key working sessions to develop support plans.
• Conduct thorough risk and needs assessments and create risk management plans.
• Work collaboratively with external agencies to address client needs.

Requirements:
Experience working with clients who have complex needs, including homelessness, mental health challenges, or substance use. A non-judgmental approach to supporting clients through change. Strong partnership working skills to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
