About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Unqualified Neurodiversity Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or an individual passionate about Special Educational Needs (SEN) to start their career in education or take their passion to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with SEN and behavioural requirements.
  • Use your initiative to provide support to various children, working closely with the inclusion team.
  • Contribute to creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within.
Requirements
  • A passion for education and creating a supportive environment for pupils with SEN.
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Creative, confident, and caring approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong inclusion team, providing support for pupils with SEN. You will be based in Hackney, working full-time, full academic year, term-time only. The salary for this role is £105-£110 per day.
