Commercial Vehicle Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service?
We're seeking a skilled Commercial Vehicle Administrator to join our team at Novuna Vehicle Solutions.
As a key member of our Commercial Vehicle Support Team, you will work closely with our customers to manage rental vehicles, ensuring accurate rental periods and daily rates.
Your key duties will include:
- Acting as a point of contact for customer enquiries via email and calls
- Ensuring the accuracy of rental periods and daily rates
- Arranging rental bookings, 'end of lease', 'end-of-life', and 'in life' movement of vehicles
- Discussing options to reduce operating costs
We're looking for someone who is organised, a natural problem solver, and has great customer service skills. You'll be a team player who enjoys sharing new ideas and thinking outside the box to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
