Job Role Overview
As a Professional Development Assistant, you will provide dedicated project support to People & Culture Services with a focus on Equalities and Diversity. This role involves working across East Ayrshire Council to assist with the promotion, delivery, and integration of key objectives in relation to the Service Plan and the Community Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of projects related to Equalities and Diversity.
- Collaborate with teams across East Ayrshire Council to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to showcase project progress.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a resident of East Ayrshire.
- This post is based within The Opera House, Kilmarnock and is temporary for 2 years.
- The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour.
