We are recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Randolph Hill Nursing Homes Group.
Job Summary:
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and medication management.
- Support residents with meals, snacks and drinks.
- Encourage social interaction and engagement among residents.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture.
Salary and Benefits:
An estimated hourly rate of £15.25-£21.45 (£32,220-£44,680 per annum), plus benefits and overtime pay.
