Care Assistant Role Overview

As a Care Assistant with Cera Care, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes. You will be responsible for providing personal care, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and companionship. Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour (Weekdays) and £12.40 per hour (Weekends), plus enhancements for bank holidays. Our comprehensive benefits package includes guaranteed hours, enhanced maternity and paternity leave policies, and access to our employee assistance program. Additionally, you will receive free PVG registration, company mobile phone, and uniform provision.

About the Job
This is a part-time or full-time role, with flexible shifts available to accommodate your work-life balance. You will typically have every other weekend off and may be required to work mornings, days, evenings, and nights. Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking meals, and performing domestic tasks.
