Job Title: Community ConnectorWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Connector. As a key member of our wellbeing team, you will be responsible for promoting wellbeing, supporting our customers, and building resilience within our communities.
About the RoleThe Community Connector will play a vital role in delivering engaging and supportive activities that promote wellbeing and independence. You will work closely with our wellbeing team to develop and deliver programmes that meet the needs of our customers, while also identifying opportunities to build partnerships with local stakeholders and community groups.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver wellbeing programmes that promote mental and physical health, relationships, education, and employment
- Work closely with our wellbeing team to identify opportunities to build partnerships with local stakeholders and community groups
- Deliver engaging and supportive activities that promote wellbeing and independence
- Support customers to access wider CLIP service offers and local support partners
- Proactively engage and represent CLIP through attendance at networks, conferences, and events
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A willingness and ability to deliver a range of courses beyond your primary area of expertise
- Outcome star training undertaken
- Qualification in Mentoring, Advice, and Guidance or similar, or a mental health qualification
- A genuine commitment to supporting people to thrive and achieve
- Ability to work as a team, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive:
