About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Recruiter to join our team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top talent for our Residential division.

As an Internal Recruiter, you will work closely with our Hiring Managers and Recruitment Manager to design and implement effective recruitment strategies and practices. Your primary focus will be on ensuring all vacancies are successfully resourced with an emphasis on quality of hire, time to hire, and direct recruitment activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to increase application numbers and identify the most effective channels of attraction.
  • Actively source and attract candidates for hard-to-fill vacancies, utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, plans, and tools.
  • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practice.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Screen applications, facilitate early conversations, and coordinate interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates.
  • Focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience, positioning Polaris Community as an employer of choice.
  • Stay up-to-date with information regarding developments in recruitment practice, employment legislation, CIPD guidance, and CPD.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment practices and processes, with a commercial understanding of the impact of recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple, varied recruitment campaigns and work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practice and associated employment law.
