Internal Recruitment Consultant

Our client, a market leader in their field, is seeking a skilled Internal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for resourcing candidates for vacant positions within the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers, supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
- Write engaging adverts and social media posts to attract a talent pool to apply for open vacancies.
- Utilize the Recruitment ATS system, advertising, completing in-depth notes, responding to all applications in a timely manner.
- Complete first-stage telephone interviews, providing candidates with relevant information regarding the role and the recruitment and selection process.
- Keep the Group Recruitment Manager updated with any potential costs to the Group Recruitment budget.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of candidate attraction methods.
- Experience working with web-based ATS systems and national job boards.
- Ideally, previous experience working within an employment agency or internal recruitment role.
