Internal Recruitment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Safer Hand Solutions. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for resourcing candidates for vacant positions within our organization using various methods to ensure timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers, supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Write engaging job adverts and social media posts to attract a talent pool and build a pipeline of candidates.
  • Utilize our Recruitment ATS system, advertising, and completing in-depth notes to ensure every candidate receives a timely response.
  • Conduct first-stage telephone interviews, providing candidates with relevant information regarding the role and recruitment process.
  • Keep the Group Recruitment Manager updated with any potential costs to the Group Recruitment budget.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as allocated.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of candidate attraction methods.
  • Experience working with web-based ATS systems and national job boards.
  • Ideal experience working within an employment agency or internal recruitment role.
  • Understanding of a recruitment and selection process.
  • Drive direct recruitment to reduce costs.
