About the Role:

French Selection, a leading UK-based consultancy specializing in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Travel Sales Development Executive to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities with new and existing clients and increase revenue across European destinations.
  • Research and develop innovative products in both new and existing destinations.
  • Ensure existing products are kept up to date and in line with market trends.
  • Follow up on enquiries and create new opportunities with new clients.
  • Negotiate suppliers' contracts and terms of business to ensure product profitability.
  • Create bespoke travel packages and itineraries and provide competitive quotations.
  • Follow up for feedback from clients and adjust product accordingly to ensure quality.
  • Manage operations for designated accounts and complete necessary administration.
  • Provide on-tour support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Destination Management Company (DMC) - Essential.
  • Fluency in a second European language would be beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to situations.
  • Proactive, confident, and dynamic personality.
  • IT literate.

Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum depending on experience.
