Arabic Speaking Luxury Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Arabic Speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to join our team at Platinum Travel Recruitment Ltd. due to success and expansion.

This is an exciting opportunity for a travel professional to take their career to the next level and work with a luxury travel company that offers elite travel services for leisure clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of high net worth members, including luxury journeys, complex flight itineraries, and worldwide tailormade holidays.
  • Researching travel requests to the best standard and providing quality information on clients' profiles.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Acting as an advisor and advocate to facilitate good communication and translating responses to clients as needed.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in spoken and written Arabic & English.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality personalized customer support and excellent research skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of travellers.
  • Proven track record in European leisure sales and worldwide itineraries.
  • Experience in leisure travel essential, with GDS experience ideal but not essential.
  • Experience in a retail travel environment or tour operator essential.
