About the Role:

  • To oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide technical advice and input during all stages of construction, including interpreting blueprints, designs, and project specifications.
  • Conduct accurate site surveys and set out works according to plans, ensuring precision in all construction activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a site engineering role, preferably within commercial construction projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, surveying equipment (e.g., total stations), and construction management software.
