Construction Site Coordinator

VINCI Facilities is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex construction projects. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects while ensuring compliance with established governance protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Coordinate project activities throughout the lifecycle, from planning to completion
- Ensure timely project delivery, meeting budgetary constraints
- Maintain open communication channels with project managers, stakeholders, and clients
- Monitor and mitigate risks, identifying opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven track record in project management within the construction sector
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures, with ability to apply knowledge effectively
- High-level security clearance or recent lapse in clearance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
