Job Description: Site Construction Manager
Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Site Construction Manager in the Brackley area, overseeing construction activities and ensuring compliance with project plans and drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight and supervision of construction activities
- Liaison with subcontractors and other professional staff
- Preparation of site reports, designs, and drawings
- Management of contract design documents
Requirements:
- HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Working towards Institute Membership (ICE)
- Experience in highway engineering and construction supervision
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and GPS/total stations
- Familiarity with UK building and construction regulations
Salary Information:
The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000, commensurate with industry standards and qualifications.
