We are seeking a Construction Manager to join our Surveying Services Team at Paradigm Housing Group.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building construction, with a focus on delivering high-quality homes and communities.

About the Role:

  • To lead and manage large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.
  • To work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • To maintain high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability throughout the construction process.
  • To develop and implement effective project management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • To collaborate with the Surveying Services Team to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
