We are seeking a highly skilled Care Practitioner to join our bank team at Oak Springs Care Home in Wavertree.
About the Home:- Oak Springs Care Home is a purpose-built residential facility offering exceptional care and support to older adults.
Our 74-bed home spans three floors and fosters a vibrant community where residents thrive.
As a Care Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents, particularly those requiring nursing, palliative, or dementia care.
- Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and daily activities.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Maintaining the highest standards of care, professionalism, and attention to detail within the home.
- Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met.
