Talent Development Manager

Camino Partners Ltd is looking for a skilled Talent Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of L&D solutions to support the growth and development of our consultants and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and delivery of L&D Solutions
  • Training admin, planning, and coordination with the management team and training needs analysis for the wider business
  • Deliver verbal feedback to managers and relevant stakeholders on progress of consultants and employees during training sessions
  • Collaborate with the wider L&D team to build on best practice and continue building resources for the LMS
  • Support the Talent Attraction team with onboarding new employees with proactive feedback to help maximise retention and minimise churn
  • Champion the company's LMS platform and support the wider business to allow effective use of the system
  • Manage the end-to-end process to training programmes and undertake analysis and reporting on these to evaluate their success

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years' L&D experience within the recruitment sector or is a 360 recruiter with management/mentorship experience
  • Experience in delivering mentoring or training and have had exposure to coaching both groups and 1-to-1
  • Must have experience as a 360 recruiter or have extensive experience in training consultants around Business Development
  • Ideally has had exposure to contract/consultancy led recruitment

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum. Location: Manchester - Hybrid (4 days in office). The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
