Role Overview: As a key member of the cms team, the Training and Development Coordinator / Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination: The ideal candidate will arrange logistics for training events, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and setting up event spaces. They will ensure facilitators are fully supported on the day of delivery.
  • Administrative Support: The Training and Development Coordinator / Administrator will act as the first point of contact for daily queries, manage training bookings, and confirm attendance. They will also maintain and update the training calendar, ensuring events and deadlines are accurately tracked.
  • Internal Communications: The successful candidate will draft and promote internal marketing materials for training programmes, including news articles, blogs, and posters.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with the Head of Training and Training Advisors.
