About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Communications and Development Specialist to drive fundraising efforts and oversee external communications. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational strategy and engaging with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to raise awareness about our mission and activities.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in development and communications, preferably in a non-profit organization.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.

What We Offer

  • An annual salary of £30,000-31,500, commensurate with experience.
  • Up to 33 days' holiday (FTE), including public holidays each year.
