We are seeking a highly skilled Thermal Management Engineer to join our team at Onward Technologies Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing thermal management systems for automotive applications, including HVAC, battery cooling, and power electronics cooling.
You will perform thermal simulations and analyses using tools like ANSYS, CFD, and CAE to predict thermal performance and optimize designs. Additionally, you will plan and execute thermal testing and validation of components and systems in both lab and vehicle environments.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will integrate thermal management systems with other vehicle systems. You will also diagnose and resolve thermal issues in prototypes and production vehicles.
As a Thermal Management Engineer, you will create detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and validation reports. You will also identify and implement new technologies and methods to improve thermal management efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field. You will also require 7-15 years of experience in automotive thermal management or a related field.
You should have proficiency in thermal simulation and analysis tools, as well as a strong understanding of heat transfer principles and thermal management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
You will also need to be able to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects. Adaptability to new technologies and methodologies is also required, as well as a high attention to detail and accuracy in work.
