About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Criminal Justice Engagement Worker. In this unique opportunity, you will have the chance to make a real difference in improving people's lives. Your role will involve engaging and supporting individuals involved in the Criminal Justice sector who are experiencing substance and/or alcohol issues.

You will provide advice, encouragement, and enablement to access a wide range of Recovery Orientated Support, aiming to engage clients in treatment and recovery and reduce re-offending. The role requires building professional relationships with other external organisations involved in supervision, care, and treatment, including Courts, Probation, and Police.

All interventions will be based on a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, delivering psycho-social interventions to support individuals to make positive changes to their lifestyle. As an agile worker, you will need to be able to work effectively, independently, and as part of a virtual team under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of case management.
