As a Criminal Justice Engagement Worker, you will be part of this team, working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System. You will deliver diversion from custody schemes, education, training, and employment services, as well as pre-release support and presence in women's prisons nationally.

The role involves building professional relationships with external organisations, including Courts, Probation, and Police, and delivering psycho-social interventions based on a trauma-informed, strength-based approach. You will support individuals to make positive changes to their lifestyle and help them access a wide range of recovery-oriented support.

The estimated salary for this role is around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. Benefits include 25 days annual leave + 2 Wellbeing days + Birthday day off + 8 Bank Holidays – Pro-rata'd for reduced hours working, Contributory pension scheme, Death in service x2 salary benefit, Access to employee benefit platform Employee savings plan.
