Recovery Services Coordinator

We are excited to be recruiting for two Opiate and Crack Cocaine Specific Recovery Coordinators to join our team at Humankind in County Durham. As a Substance Misuse Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction, promoting their recovery and well-being, and helping them achieve their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage an adult caseload of service users, delivering evidence-based interventions in line with individual recovery plans
- Co-produce and review recovery and treatment plans
- Facilitate and promote individuals' progression from initial engagement through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery
- Reduce alcohol/drug-related harm to individuals and the wider community
- Work with service users towards detoxes both community and in-patient as well as rehabilitation centres
- Collaborate closely with key partners and colleagues to achieve the best health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
