About the Role
">We are looking for a highly skilled Billing Assistant to join our team at Huntress in Central Brighton. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of producing accurate and timely financial reports, including invoices, queries, and credit notes.
Responsibilities
">- Producing financial reports, including invoices, queries, and credit notes
- Emailing copies of invoices for checking and amendment
- Preparing complex financial spreadsheets and scanning documents
- Production of paper and electronic cost reports
- Assisting with filing duties
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous financial administration experience with a strong understanding of Excel, Pivot Tables, and v-lookups. Additionally, you should possess high levels of accuracy with numbers and data entry tasks.
