Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Officer to join our team at CV Library's Central London office. This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience, with a focus on administrative tasks and supporting the billing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and accounting, with excellent IT skills and a strong understanding of financial systems. They will also have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this position is £30,000 - £34,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including private healthcare, enhanced maternity/parental leave, and 25 days annual leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the billing team, including managing documents and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Assist with the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting.
  3. Liaise with the accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
