Administrative Support Role

We are recruiting an experienced Trade Mark Billing Coordinator to provide administrative support to our client's Trade Mark support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the invoicing and billing for the team, as well as supporting the team with Trade Mark litigation preparation and general PA duties.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and professional legal correspondence and other documents, handle high-volume invoicing and monthly billing tasks efficiently, and provide administrative support to the team.

  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases related to billing and invoicing.
  • Support the team in preparing and managing trade mark litigations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
