Enforcement Manager Opportunity

Aatom Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Enforcement Manager to oversee compliance and enforcement activities within our Building Control team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage compliance and stop notices for Building Control applications.
  • Lead the response to dangerous structures reports and oversee the 24/7 team.
  • Supervise and guide a team of BC specialists, ensuring high standards and effective service delivery.
  • Ensure all actions comply with legal requirements, particularly in the enforcement of Building Regulations and the London Building Act.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and the London Building Acts.
  • Licensed to Class 3 with the Building Safety Regulator.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of professionals within a building control environment.
  • Familiarity with legal processes related to Building Control and enforcement.
  • Experience in managing dangerous structures and leading emergency responses.
