Electrical Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team at Hydrock. As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and development of electrical systems for a range of sectors, including commercial buildings, education establishments, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems for buildings, including lighting calculations and cable calculations
  • Communicate with clients, fellow design professionals, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Work with Revit and 3D BIM modelling software to create detailed designs
  • Participate in design team and client meetings to ensure project goals are met
  • Attend site visits to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • Degree and/or Masters qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong IT competencies and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
