Key Responsibilities- Design and Prototype: Create simple, low-friction digital experiences that meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Design Ownership: Own all stages of the design process from concept through launch, ensuring consistency and quality across brands.
- Design Assets and Systems: Create design assets and build a robust design system that works across brands, products, and platforms.
- User Research and Testing: Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Design Audits and Improvements: Regularly perform design audits and propose improvements to ensure quality and consistency across brands and product lines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work autonomously across multiple agile teams, prioritizing appropriately and making trade-offs to speed up learning and balance competing priorities.
- Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for both web and mobile platforms.
- Experience and Skills: 5+ years of experience designing modern products, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to drive usable insights from user research.
- Leadership and Management: Previous experience managing other designers, leading discovery and ideation, and aligning the group around a vision and approach.
- Design Systems and Experience: Experience building design systems and shipping mobile and desktop products in an agile environment.
- Commitment to Excellence: A strong commitment to doing what is right for the customer and the company.
