About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Soho House & Co. As a Head Waiter/Waitress, your role is to ensure that our members have an exceptional dining experience every time.

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations, and paying of the bill. You will possess natural hospitality charm and a genuine passion for food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members, ensuring a memorable dining experience
  • Take orders, make recommendations, and manage table service
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, drinks, and services
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for members

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in a busy high-profile hospitality venue
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Sense of urgency and ability to multitask
  • Flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
