About the Role:

Your role will involve leading and motivating the team during busy services, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality along with all the daily duties associated with running a well-oiled kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the kitchen team to achieve excellence in food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement menus, ensuring consistency and quality across all dining experiences.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and presentation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Participate in menu planning, food costing, and inventory management to ensure profitability and efficiency.
