Aerospace Safety Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive safety culture and championing standards across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with internal and external personnel to deliver a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and policies.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on health and safety procedures and systems.
- Lead and support line management in ensuring the necessary health and safety standards are met across the site.
- Develop and drive health and safety performance, playing an active and hands-on approach in the day-to-day support across the site.
