About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Support Manager-Customer Assistant. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support colleagues through coaching and feedback to ensure consistent delivery of tasks and high standards of service.
  • Utilize data and insights to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and legal store environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Support the delivery of an inspirational and consistent visual customer journey, driving sales and customer engagement.
  • Provide regular and timely feedback to line managers to support colleague performance and development.
  • Support the training and coaching of colleagues to maximize digital tools and channels.
  • Identify and celebrate colleague successes, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture.
  • Work collaboratively with the team manager to deliver store selling and cost targets, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
Requirements
  • Good level of digital capability and ability to access and utilize relevant systems.
  • Good knowledge of the commercial operation, brilliant basics, and operational excellence.
  • Good knowledge of the legal requirements associated with the role of a customer assistant and when duty managing.
  • Ability to interpret data relevant to the role and drive business results.
