We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the Council's financial and charging policies, assessing customers' ability to pay towards care services provided, monitoring and preventing debt, providing welfare benefit advice and assistance to maximise household and individual income, underpinning the Services' Direct Payment offer, and providing robust support, information, and advice.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of accuracy, good time management skills, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Apply the Council's financial and charging policies for Adult Social Care clients through efficient and effective information and advice.

**What We Offer**
