We are seeking a highly motivated Care and Development Practitioner to join our residential care team. This role involves working with young people in a safe and supportive environment, providing them with the care and support they need to thrive.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining relationships with young people, supporting their learning and development, and promoting positive behaviors. They will also be involved in creating and implementing care plans, risk assessments, and placement plans, as well as maintaining a clean and safe living environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. Good time management and organizational skills are also essential, along with the ability to maintain accurate records and write reports.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on relevant qualifications and experience. If you have a passion for working with young people and are committed to delivering high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.
