At Rossie Young People's Trust, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Practitioner to join our operational management team. The successful candidate will have a lead role in supporting and supervising the shift team, promoting a safe and nurturing living environment where the dignity and rights of young people are respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prioritise, organise and review the care and support offered within the house and to each young person in line with their specific needs, vulnerabilities, and strengths.
  • Work closely with the Service Management Team to ensure the effective and efficient management of the service, in accordance with the Rossie values, behavioural expectations and ethos.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to meet the physical, emotional, social, health and educational needs of young people.

The estimated salary for this position is £39,000 - £43,000 per annum, depending on experience.
