Job Summary

This is a full-time position that involves providing care and support to young people in a safe and stimulating environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in youth work and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The primary goal of this position is to provide care and support to young people, enabling them to reach their full potential. This will involve working closely with other members of the team to develop and implement individual care plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand each young person's needs and develop strategies to support them
  • Provide support for daily living skills and learning
  • Establish safe and containing relationships
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible approach to work schedules
  • A full manual driving licence
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
