Process Improvement Director

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist to join our team in Swindon, England. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving change management initiatives across the organisation, focusing on process improvement and system implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal programmes, leading large-scale change across the organisation, supporting business functions with new system implementation.
- Identify opportunities for innovation to drive business efficiency and effectiveness, building business cases to support recommended changes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to review business impact of proposed changes, ensuring efficient change control methods and processes are utilised.
- Lead the integration and management of new features and innovations, liaising with department leads to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and check-ins with integrated systems, working with compliance teams to maintain IMS documentation and processes.
- Provide strategic advice on system utilisation and effectiveness, including supporting training and roll-out programmes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Productivity and Collaboration Software, such as Microsoft Office and Teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proven competence in IT systems and software, with strong knowledge of programme delivery and compatibility.
- Agility in challenging situations, with ability to find solutions.
- Stakeholder management, with ability to work with multiple teams.
- Drive to support colleague development and deliver complex projects.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Project Management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Change management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrative experience in implementing change strategies and continuous improvement.
- Driving licence (maximum of 3 points).
Salary: £40-55k + benefits.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing multiple programmes, with experience working in the electrical industry. They will also have excellent organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to drive and deliver complex projects.
