About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor and control order releases to meet customer delivery dates.
  • Investigate and resolve customer invoice queries and non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party distributors to obtain evidence and support investigations.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Maintain effective communication with account managers regarding stock levels and customer requirements.
  • Provide backup support to colleagues within the customer service team.
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm towards problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reasonable levels of numeracy and accuracy with figures.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong team work ethic and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
