We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Services Coordinator to join our team at Alliance Personnel.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch), in [location].

Job Summary:

As an Accommodation Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our customers across various industries, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely delivery and collection of products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to grow the business in line with company objectives.
  • Handle warranty issues and claims efficiently and effectively, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the accommodation services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driving licence is essential for this role.
