Automotive Sales Specialist

**Job Description:**
Vantage Motor Group is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the dealership's Parts sales to meet customer requirements and maximize sales volumes and margins.
You will build a rapport with customers, communicating via telephone and face-to-face to gain a good understanding of their needs. Your goal will be to guide them towards the product that best meets their needs and requirements.
In addition to building relationships with customers, you will also order parts on behalf of the Service team and maintain agreed stock and accessory levels. You will complete all relevant administration tasks, including customer records and invoicing.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous motor industry experience.
