Account Manager

At Lawes Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building long-lasting relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and present high-quality client documents, negotiate renewal terms, and provide alternative quotations.
- Handle mid-term adjustments proactively and respond to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of client details and entry onto our system.
- Expertly handle client queries about policies and provide clear explanations.
- Confirm cover with insurers, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation.
- Prepare debit notes and summaries of cover, ensuring secure delivery of policy documentation.
- Manage account queries and credit control matters, highlighting concerns to Account Executives/Directors.
- Align with key legal and regulatory policies, safeguarding the business.
- Hold or be working towards a Cert CII/Dip CII qualification.
- Have a deep knowledge of general insurance products, services, and classes of insurance.
- Be able to handle sensitive information and use initiative to be risk-aware in your role.
- Put the needs and desires of clients first, using a diligent and respectful approach.
- Notice potential risks and seek advice when required, using a due diligence approach.
- Use excellent communication and social skills, confident in communicating at all levels.
- Have good planning and analytical skills, with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Use initiative every day, whether in your own role or assisting team members.
