Job Title: Aftersales Service Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is functioning optimally and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment, including washing and sterilizing processing units
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, management, and support functions
* Utilize corporate applications to handle daily activities and maintain accurate records
* Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilizing processing units
* Valid driver's license required
* Computer literacy with a good standard of education and good oral and written communication
* Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language
* Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme

Preferred Experience:

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
