About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at Steris Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is running at optimal levels and meeting their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sterilization equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and support, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest equipment and technology, attending training and workshops as necessary to maintain expertise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of sterilization equipment and processes.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
