About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Service Engineer to join our team at STERIS Canada Corporation. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring their equipment is functioning optimally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on STERIS/Cantel product lines, including preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, managers, and support functions to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize corporate applications, such as Siebel and Oracle, to manage daily activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field, identifying opportunities and passing leads to management and sales.
  • Perform administrative duties, including computer synchronization, service report completion, and tool and parts inventory management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Computer literacy with a good standard of education and good oral and written communication skills.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.
