We run a best-in-class training academy and our own advanced aesthetic clinic, and our devices are used for a wide range of applications including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, tattoo removal, as well as advanced surgical procedures within the NHS.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Field Service Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for ensuring that Lynton equipment is maintained in excellent working condition through scheduled maintenance visits, repair call-out visits, and new product installations.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical field service or engineering/maintenance-related position, and will be able to conduct maintenance checks such as electrical testing and optical alignment across the entire product range.
The role will also involve providing high-quality technical service, including routine maintenance and repair call-out support for Lynton's customers, and will require the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality technical service including routine maintenance and repair call-out support for Lynton's customers.
- Conduct maintenance checks such as electrical testing and optical alignment across the entire product range.
- Record keeping and completion of all associated test and inspection sheets conforming with Medical Devices Regulations.
- Deliver and collect products to support sales demonstrations and/or trade exhibitions.
- Create a positive customer experience and maintain excellent communication.
- Technical field service or other engineering/maintenance-related position.
- Science / Engineering degree.
- Full UK driving license.
