EPR Business Change Manager Role Overview
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced EPR Business Change Manager to join our team at Penpole Consulting Ltd. As a trusted partner to NHS providers, we are currently holding initial conversations with experienced professionals to support the implementation of Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems in various NHS Trusts and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist least digitally mature NHS trusts in achieving a minimum Digital Maturity level (HIMMS L3 or equivalent)
* Lead the business change workstream, including production of timely update reports, development and approval of the target operating model (TOM), and change agent recruitment
* Develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS) and host workshops for as-is and to-be analysis and approval
* Adapt to the organization's way of working and adjust approach accordingly
**Requirements:**
* Experience in EPR implementation and business change management
* Strong understanding of NHS and ICB structures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
