Finance Change Manager

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Are you passionate about driving transformational change in finance? Do you have a strong understanding of finance systems and processes? We're looking for a skilled Finance Change Manager to join our team and support the delivery of innovative and transformational programs and projects across our business.

About the Role:

We have a large Change portfolio in our UK Insurance, Wealth and Retirement (IWR) business over the coming years, and we're building a permanent Finance Change team of experts to support the volume of transformation on the horizon. As a Finance Change Manager, you'll work with the broader Change team to support elements of the UK IWR Finance Change Portfolio, spanning design, implementation, and business readiness across the Change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of transformational change programs and projects across our finance function.
  • Work with stakeholders to drive change and deliver positive outcomes for IWR Finance.
  • Constructively challenge stakeholders to ensure effective change management.

What You'll Get:

  • Starting salary between £50,000 and £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
