We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neurologist and Honorary Senior Clinical Lecturer to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Neurology service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our medical education program.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as Subject Lead for Neurology, working closely with academic leads and clinical colleagues to develop and implement a plan for the delivery of subject teaching within Medical Sciences module.
  • Use your expertise to create and curate high-quality teaching materials, reflecting the conditions and presentations that students will need to recognize for the Medical Licensing Assessment.
  • Work closely with other teaching leads and development teams to ensure integration of medical science, anatomy, and clinical skills and reasoning teaching within the subject.
  • Develop formative and summative assessments based on the learning materials generated, aligned to and reflective of the questions students will encounter in the relevant aspects of Medical Licensing Assessment.
